This email is in response to complaint is # [redacted] filed by [redacted] on 10/24/I have spoken to Mr [redacted] several times since his stay hereMr [redacted] actually had rooms on opposite sides of the hotelOne was his and one was his mothersWell after the check-out time they decided they did not want to stayThey said one of the beds was broken, it was not and is notHe stated noise from the night of his stayWe are open until midnight, have security until 2am and an after hours service that pages the correct department upon after hours notification of issues or upset guestsMy [redacted] , nor any other guests called and made any complaints about noiseHe made no complaint about a broken bed until after he was goneHad these issues been mentioned while he was here would have explored many options including, room upgrade, discount and refundIn addition, Mr [redacted] booked his room on [redacted] .com and [redacted] is who charged him, not usIf his issues were in any way shape or form valid, [redacted] would have refunded him, whereas they are who charged himHis claims are unjust I attempted to follow the link you provided to take the appropriate steps to dispute these unjust claims, however, the link you sent me is not workingPlease help me argue these liesSincerley, [redacted] L***

This email is in response to complaint is #[redacted] filed by [redacted] on 10/24/17. I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] several times since his stay here. Mr. [redacted] actually had 2 rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. One was his and one was his mothers. Well after...

the check-out time they decided they did not want to stay. They said one of the beds was broken, it was not and is not. He stated noise from the night of his stay. We are open until midnight, have security until 2am and an after hours service that pages the correct department upon after hours notification of issues or upset guests. My. [redacted], nor any other guests called and made any complaints about noise. He made no complaint about a broken bed until after he was gone. Had these issues been mentioned while he was here would have explored many options including, room upgrade, discount and refund. In addition, Mr. [redacted] booked his room  on [redacted].com and [redacted] is who charged him, not us. If his issues were in any way shape or form valid, [redacted] would have refunded him, whereas they are who charged him.
