Bradford Xteriors Incand its principle Jason S [redacted] has made a good in faith offer to Mrs [redacted] and she got mad and walked out of our meeting She hired another contractor on there recommendations and those were recommendations were based on them making money not taking care of the issues [redacted] told Mrs [redacted] a few things that are concerning, regards to Columbus city code Ice and water shield is required "24" inside the warm wall" and [redacted] put it on the front porch and told her it was code which is incorrect We credited her initial contract for most of this work she is claiming and she agreed to remove and hold harmless Bradford Xteriors Inc We have made our offer and that still stands Mrs [redacted] was misinformed by another contractor and that is the basis of this disagreement in my mind She is trying to back charge for rotten wood on a roof that we credited her back on the original final invoice Rubber that is used in the roofing industry is also used in the landscaping industry for ponds, so Mrs [redacted] 's claim of a few puddles on the roof is not a concern On older houses especially front porches the only way to get proper sloping to eliminate any ponding is to rebuild or re-slope which is what [redacted] did the second time but that was not what our contract was for and that is very easy to see based on the cost difference Again we have made a very fair in faith offer to Mrs [redacted] .Thanks,Jason S [redacted]

From: [redacted] ] Sent: Monday, April 10, 2:PMTo: [redacted] Subject: Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted] This complaint is basically:I had to hire another roofing coto redo some of the work from the Bradford Xterior job because it was not done correctly--i.e., a new front rubber roof (because Bradford did not give me a new roof even though I contracted for one); reshingling the apron and repairing the siding over the apron because that was not installed correctly; and repairing siding damage to the back of the house done by Bradford when they did the back rubber roof which I did not pay for because it was done so badly

Much of the facts have been omitted in this complaint we are compiling the files and will upload all the supporting doc's Mrs [redacted] was already given a discount on this project and has paid her balance in full She had another roofing contractor come and do additional work to her house and they mislead her by stating code requirements We had a meeting with Mrs [redacted] a few weeks backThanksJason S [redacted] Bradford Xteriors Inc

I am rejecting this response because:I had to hire another roofing company to redo work I paid Bradford Xteriors to do because the work was substandard and was done incorrectly or was not completed correctlyI do not agree with MrS [redacted] 's response in any way--I continue to stand behind the complaint I submitted requesting $reimbursement from Bradford Xteriors for work done incorrectly Regards, [redacted]

Roof repairs plus new gutters, facia, and soffit

We had a very positive experience with Bradford Jason, our sales representative, was very customer service focused, provided timely information, and was on the scene during the roof repair The crew was punctual, cleaned up after themselves, and did not stop working during the day All in all a great experience - would highly recommend

Bradford Exteriors did a great job!

I am rejecting this response because: I did not walk the roof at that time because they needed to come back the following day to install hip and ridge shingles on a ridge vent capThey came without calling to let me know when they were going to be thereI havent signed any documents saying they're done and I'm satisfied

There had been a large amount of severe weather recently, and with our house approaching years of age, it seemed like the right time to call the insurance company to have it reviewed Sure enough, it was time for a roof replacement, and I couldn't have been happier with our choice to have Bradford Xteriors take the job Mike and his crew gave me a fair estimate, explained all of the details of the job and fit me into their schedule very quickly The actual work was done in a day, and it looks fantastic! Bradford Xteriors was recommended to me by a family member, and I'd now recommend them to anyone else who needs roof repair or replacement

Thank you for your help in resolving my dispute with this service provider. It was difficult to get them to come out to fix a few concerns of mine that they deemed insignificant. Now that they have addressed the concerns that I could identify with an inexperienced eye. I still feel this is a low quality builder and will never use their services again. They have told me their is a year warranty on their workmanship. I guaranty they will work hard not to service it. If their is any rating system with Revdex.com, they should be an "F".Thank you again,*** ***

On Fri., 8/17/at approximately PM, my first floor celing reflected quite a bit of water damage during torrential storms that were onccuring that day and evening in Lewis Center I immediately contacted my insurance company ***, who recommended I contact *** *** Associates (***) to investigate the root cause of the damage
After several hours with a skilled technician, it was determined the cause was not related to any internal plumbing or HVAC issues and that further investigation on the exterior of my home would be warranted Questions were asked if I had any recent work done to my roof, which I responded that yes Bradford Xteriors had replaced and installed a new boot at a cost of $in early July Following my meeting with a skilled technician, I immediately left a message for Joe S*** with Bradford Xteriors to contact me Regrettably, I never received a return call
On Sat., 8/18/at AM EST, I met with *** Production Manager *** ***
