Mr [redacted] did not report any damages when he picked up his vehicle from our facility He called us later at night to report a damage Mr [redacted] said that when his passenger opened the passenger side door at home, that there was a minor abrasion, and when the door opened it caused more damage So if this is the case, they would've noticed any issue when they opened the door and got into the passenger side door while still on our lot We do not use the passenger side doors on vehicles here, only the driver's door Unfortunately, the damage did not occur while in our care on our lot We are sorry that Mr [redacted] feels otherwise, but we cannot cover a damage claim for something that did not occur on our lot

I parked my new car [redacted]  at [redacted] Valet Parking at the airport from 1/11- 1/ Claim # [redacted] I had them wash my car while it was there for $When I picked it up, I noticed a dent on the passenger side of my carMy car is only months old! there were no dents, scratches etcon my car when I left it with themI immediately when into the officeThey gave me a form to fill out and gave me two business cards to contact if I had not heard anything backI called and left a message for Amber L [redacted] , The corporate Secretary and Office Manager at ###-###-#### AND Christine R**, General Manager at ###-###-#### to call me on 1/19/as I had not heard from anyone.I received an email today from Amber L [redacted] which stated that she contacted the guy who washed my car and he told her the dent was there and therefore, they would not be covering the repair as it was pre-existing There absolutely, positively was NO DENT! I am so very disappointed What recours

Car damage that occurred while vehicle was parked at their facility Picked up car at night and didn't see it Drove home (miles) and when we stepped out to the garage the next morning the damage was plain to see Called Executive Valet immediately but since it was a Sunday morning there was no manager on duty They took the information and said a manager would cal Never got a call but I reached a manager on Wednesday Sent an email with photographs and they said they would investigate Heard back from them on 12/saying they would not cover the damages Escalated the complaint but received the same response

To Revdex.com,I have spoken to Mr [redacted] and he is a very nice guy, but unfortunately we cannot cover this claim His truck wasn't involved in any accidents while on our lot or in our care If we have an accident on our lot, we call our customers to let them know We do this so we can start to take steps to have it repaired before they return if they would like Unfortunately, this wasn't the case with Mr [redacted] 's truck I am really sorry that he is unsatisfied with our answer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The issue was never questioning the use of the passenger side door from the [redacted] employees and that statement further proves my point further.Upon careful inspection from the collision manager at [redacted] in [redacted] he noted strong evidence that the damage wasn't fully observed until the door was first opened after the collision while in the care of [redacted] *** He ran a simulation of how a minor abrasion in that area of the front panel immediately next to the door could not be visually noticed in the daylight (let alone 10:45pm when the vehicle was picked up) at first since there is minimal clearance between the two panels to begin with Given this information on the process of realizing the full damage, as well as [redacted] saying they don't use the passenger side doors further proves this simulation true.Attached are three pictures taken at home upon the realization of the damage As you can note, the white horizontal scuffs would be concurrent with a white vehicle bumping into mine at that location while my vehicle is stationary That type of scuff wouldn't be possible if my vehicle were in motion, given the lack of continued damage to the actual door The crease is then fully justified by the opening of the door causing the two panels to lock and cause the crease shown in all images attached As no collision can cause that sharp of a dent, only the opening of the passenger door can be the cause for this damage (when the damage is finally realized to it's maximum effect) Sincerely, [redacted]
