To this day not a single employee from Bradley Bourbonnais Chevrolet has ever contacted me regarding this incidentAfter the car was damaged I should have been notified immediately but instead was never notified and the original facility was asked not to contact me yetAn estimate was already written before I had knowledge of the damagewere they trying to repair the accident without my knowledge? I requested the car to be towed back to the original repair facility (Gerber Collision)The car was not towed back but instead driven by one of their employeesA vehicle was never offered however after pleading my case to the insurance adjuster I was able to get some reimbursement for a rentalThree weeks repair time was figured into the repair costs and paid for by the insurance companyNo one has ever apologized and the car was not handled respectfully after the incident occurred
