Review: On 9-25-2013 I sent an application for a drop ship program with Bradley Caldwell, Inc. I received an email from [redacted], E-Commerce Sales Rep from Bradley Caldwell with these steps to become a Dealer for them.Step 1: Fill out the Dealer Application along with the Credit Card Authorization Form (if applicable) and fax it to ###-###-#### or scan and email it to [redacted]. The dealer application should be completed in full along with the second page of the application for the Sales Tax Exemption. The sales tax exemption is simply a way for you to provide us with your Sales Tax ID, because we do not charge sales tax for your orders. Step 2: Review the attached document BCI Direct Ship for E-Commerce Dealers to get an overview of our Direct Ship program, how to fund your account and everything that is involved. Step 3: As soon as my billing team has processed your application and created your account, they will notify me and in turn, I will notify you so that we can get started with providing you with everything that you need, starting with items and pricing. Accounts will be set up as credit or cash on account. If cash on account we will require a minimum of $1,500 on account to draw orders from. We do not charge per order. On 9-27-2013 an amount of $1500.00 was transferred from our account into a Bradley Caldwell Account. After this transaction was made my was given access to items and pricing. We reviewed the items they sell and compared their wholesale prices and map prices with suppliers that we are working with at this time. In all cases both their wholesale and map prices were higher so we decided not to do business with them. We try to get the best price possible for our customers. We have made several request to have our money reimbursed and as of today 10-16-2013 we have not received our money back. We believe this company is a scam that is holding our money.Desired Settlement: We want our $1500.00 refunded back.
