In regards to ***s statements that what we are saying Is false, thankfully as a dealership we have checks and balances for everything just in case something like this takes placeWhen *** says he signed nothing saying he was buying the car, We have his we owes and cover sheet for the deal and a signed commitment at a purchase priceIf *** is saying he signed nothing legally binding him to the deal he is correct, as he wanted his mother to be with himThis is the reason we let him drive the car until MondayIn no way do we just loan vehicles out unless there is a real reason, like a signed commitment to buy! On the next topic of the issues with the car, I plainly told *** I would fix any issues which were explained to me as a blown speaker and button on the seat, quite minimal stuff and no problem to fixThis makes absolutely no senseAs to the his mother telling him the car was not worth what we say, I can show 20-examples of online comparisons that are the same price, so also just not an accurate statementAs per the damage on the vehicle, we didn’t see the full extent until I put the car on a rack and lifted itI have pictures from the day he returned the car with the damages and milesAgain I will absolutely be contacting *** again with for a resolution to this matter via certified letter
[redacted] came into Bradley Chevrolet on 8/11/2017 and after a few hours selected a 2014 Camaro and agreed topurchase the vehicle. [redacted] Wanted to have his mother be a part of the purchase so he waited over theweekend to come back with her. [redacted] said he would be in on Monday and he did come in...
but withouthis mother so he explained he would be in on tues. On tues 8/15/2017 when [redacted] returned the vehicle, he said he was backingout because he found a car with less miles. When he returned the car the front fascia under the bumperwas almost completely ripped off and he had driven over 900 miles in the 4 days. I confronted [redacted] andhis mother on the lot and he said he didn’t care because the car had bad speakers. [redacted] could obviouslysee my frustration as to the speakers have nothing to do with the damage and miles. After rebookingthe car and assessing the damage I called [redacted] to inform him I would be pursuing a resolution to hisreckless approach to my asset. I informed him that $1000 would cover my costs on the bumper andwould forget about the miles. After this [redacted] had some sales manager from another store call me andsay he is representing [redacted] and I should “back off”. In response to this I will be getting a printed bid frommy body shop on the car and will be sending a certified letter to [redacted] for the damages.[redacted] BradleyBradley Chevrolet Parker
Breadley chev. statements are false. They let me take the car as a loaner( I have the agreement) I signed nothing saying I was buying the car. However I did tell them I would buy it if they fixed the problems with it(even though my mother had found a newer year with less miles, because they did loan me the car and I felt that would be the honorable thing to do if they made the repairs). they refused to fix the problems. by the way they also told me the car was worth more than it was. my mom ran the kbb and found out it was only worth 17-19,000. They did not do a damage report before I took the car or after I brought it back. I did no damage to the car and they have no proof otherwise.by the way I see why they have a zero star rating on their own website! Very unprofessional and unethical.All the sales manager kept saying when I backed out was "what are you going to give me for driving my car?" The first time I said I was going to buy it if you made the repairs. After he told me I had no integrity he asked me again, and I said I am not going to give you anything. Had he not acted like he did, I would have given him something reasonable for letting me use his car. Also I requested no further contact from him and he tried to call me again on friday 8-18-17 at 9:52 am. please leave me alone.
