Was paid half for job and material, didn't provide
all materials and didn't respond to calls, requesting
a refund or resolve in anyway He contract to replace
fence and told us because of covic19 he wasn't able
to get it right away and he also was contracted to lay
pavers, which he only delivered about 1/4 of the pavers
and dug up my yard and left my yard in a muddy mess.

Contracted for 2 retaining walls with drainage. Work never completed Most of the work was never done and the small amount of work that was done was done incorrect. Work was paid in full, and never refunded.
