When I went to get equipment with doctor's order on June 16, I was told by to complete a Bradley agreement for payment and insurance would be filedWhen I followed up in July to check on status, was told by Colleen that insurance had not been filed but would be filed as of July They had not filed as previously agreed and would file from date of rentalI requested an itemized bill so I could file As of Aug31, my insurance company has not received any claims from Bradley HealthI received an account statement of what I have paid from Bradley, not an itemized bill as requestedI spoke to their insurance/billing person on Aug31, she refused to send me an itemized bill with the information necessary for me to file my claimAlso, she said because I signed a rental agreement, I couldn't file with insuranceThis appears to be a company with quality equipment but fraudulent insurance/rental practicesMy recommendation if you can purchase online or rent elsewhere, do so
