Bradley Electric had an add for hours of elec work for $on Angies list T hey also had a coupon for $off on any service call Angies list T he add's are still on Angies list I called with a very specific problem The response from Bradley Electric is just made up in regards to the "trouble shooting " conversation They were hired to do the hours of elec work They did none They advised their boss had to look at this and would contact me They never provided a repair estimate to have any changes credited to They never spent hours at my home, no repair, no estimate The whole troubleshooting charge is made up I would never have hired them for to trouble shoot when I knew what was wrong In addition, they also have an add for $to check the electric in the WHOLE HOUSE Why would I pay for troubleshooting when I could pay $for the whole house checked? This company is lying

I received a call from this customer about the offer we had on Angie's List in regards to our "2" hours of electrical labor (we have never offered a "4" hour electrical labor) in which the customer stated they were having a problem with their landscape lightingThe minute that I hear someone is
having a problem, I always; ALWAYS advise them that they would need a troubleshooting callFollowing is what I say to "EVERY" troubleshooting call"The charge is $for the first hourIf the guys go over an hour it is $per man hour billed in minute increments, plus the cost of any material needed to make the repairThere are no hidden trip charges, no repair charges, and no taxThat is everything up frontIf the guys get into it and they see it is something major, they will immediately stop, charge for the troubleshooting call and provide and estimate to make the repairIf you have us do that work, we will deduct the troubleshooting call from that invoice so you do not get double dinged." AGAIN......I say that on every troubleshooting callSo everyone knows that it is $just for us to show up at the doorThe customer has the option to say no and I prefer that they do (and some have) before I send our guys outThis way there are no surprises. This customer never stated that lines needed to be repaired, nor anything about a transformer on the phoneIf the customer had said that, I would have set up a free estimate just as I always doSince all that was said was, "the lights were not working", I advised that rather than spend $on the "2" hrs of labor (not 4), just do a troubleshoot and use the $coupon, thus saving the customer $right off the batWe are an honest company which can be easily verified by our ratings on Angie's List that was brought up by the customer. We have satellite tracking on all of our vehicles and our guys were at this customers house for minutes (not the stated less than 30) so this along with the hour labor, and identifying the problem for us is misleading at best. When the customer called on the phone about the situation I simply asked, if you felt that you were being taken advantage of, why did you sign the invoice, and why did you provide your credit card information? Why did you not immediately call me in the office? The reply was "Because I had two strange men in my yard, and I felt threatened"I am sorry.....I stand behind our guys, and totally take offence to that comment, and I'm sorry that I will not let this customer take advantage of our companyWe did our troubleshoot, and therefore the $is a warranted charge

We broke the door and replaced it. You broke the door and wanted us to provide another door. You are correct in that we could not find another door, but to say that you wouldn't have us change a light bulb? Why then do you have us scheduled to come and replace the door that you purchased?

I am truly growing tired of dealing with this. The last sentence of the customer response is now SLANDER. We do have an "ad" on Angie's List for 2 hours of electrical labor. You will see by the attached screen print that it indicates one man for two hours or two men for one hour. It also indicates that you can not use any other offers (the $20 coupon), so again I say that I saved this customer $20 right from the start. Yes she did call with a very specific problem. Her landscape lighting was not working. This is why it was a troubleshooting call. If and I can not stress enough "IF" we were hired to do the 2 hours of electrical labor, then why and I can not stress enough "WHY" did the customer authorize and sign as complete the "Troubleshooting Call Invoice" that I have attached? You will also note on that same signed invoice where it indicates what the problem was. She is correct that we never spent two hours at her home (as you can see from the attached screen print of the satellite tracking for that day) because if we had the customer would have paid $397 - $20 coupon for a total of $377.00 again as clearly indicated on the invoice that she signed. We also spent more time at the home than the originally complained "less than 30 minutes". The customer is correct that we have a $49 check for the "WHOLE HOUSE" and it is on Angie's List as well. As you can see from the attached screen print of that ad, it clearly indicates that it can not be used for "service call, troubleshooting, and/or repairs". So she could have "NOT" paid $49 for the same service. We charge for troubleshooting calls whether the problem is fixed or not. The reason being is that we go to someones house, diagnose the problem (as was done and indicated on the invoice) then the homeowner corrects the problem on their own. Again....this has become slanderous (with the attached information that should clearly be seen) and I wish it to stop immediately. A response from Revdex.com would be appreciated.

Bradley Electric had an add for 2 hours of elec work for $199 on Angies list.   T hey also had a coupon for $20 off on any service call Angies list.  T he add's are still on Angies list.    I called with a very specific problem.    The response from Bradley Electric is just made up in regards to the "trouble shooting " conversation.  They were hired to do the 2 hours of elec work.  They did none.   They advised their boss had to look at this and would contact me.   They never provided a repair estimate to have any changes credited to.   They never spent 2 hours at my home, no repair, no estimate.      The whole troubleshooting charge is  made up.  I would never have hired them for 179 to trouble shoot when I knew what was wrong.   In addition, they also have an add for $49 to check the electric in the WHOLE HOUSE.  Why would I pay 179 for troubleshooting when I could pay $49 for the whole house checked?  This company is lying.
