I have a roof that was installed by Bradley. I had several contractors out and they have all told me there was some installation issues along with product issues. I called and emailed the company explaining my concern (roof was installed 2001/2002). It was normal shingles which should have had a 20-30 year warranty. They told me they don't have any files past 10 years which I think it a little concerning if true. They don't know which product and basically didn't help me with my issue.
Our Homeowners receive a 10 Year Labor Warranty in addition to the manufacturers warranty. That warranty was provided over 15 years ago and if there are ANY issues relating to the roof they are with the Manufacturer, not us. I don't really consider this a valid complaint with our company as we have satisfied the warranty reqirements.

I asked for the information on which shingle was used and where was it purchased. I was told they do't' keep any records over 10 years. I don't think there should be issues with a 15 year old roof that will require me to replace the entire roof. I had several roofers out to inspect and they all said there are some areas with installation problems.
