broke in I needed a work car for my business, the [redacted] was not practical It would be in bad shape the [redacted] if it was used for moving work materials, battery’s, etc The [redacted] on the [redacted] in fair condition was 23, Was getting negative responses for the [redacted] said, disabling accidentThere was never any body damage reported The word disabling would keep all but [redacted] Ford from legally being able to sell on their lots Law states new dealerships are not allowed to sell any used car off their lots unless can pass point inspection I was crying some did not want to let [redacted] go Do not make the money I use to Anyway, on Aug 4, after test driving a [redacted] with 100,miles on it and verbally told by [redacted] if put covers over sun roofs would help a/c work better I thought, ok I can do that no big deal Traded my [redacted] and $ 5, for the [redacted] to Ford dealership they acquired [redacted] from me at $12, under [redacted] *** Had to be in [redacted] on the 11th of Sept needed to help my daughter set up for her sophomore year at *** On way to [redacted] the A/C was becoming warmer and warmer, No real time at moment to have the a/c looked at and rechargedI was now sweating like outside all the time in car Had my Daughter [redacted] drive us around in her car When time permitted called [redacted] this was on Aug 25th to take in car for a/c evac and recharge the cost $ Upon picking up car at [redacted] the service guy informed me he had pulled over to oz of oil out of a/c system when doing evac and usually gets little to none out of most all systems told him had barely had car two weeksHis advise was when, I get home take car back to dealership where purchased he stated, they will do the right thing I assured him I would On the 25th of Aug on way to leave for [redacted] from [redacted] car quit running After towing and diagnostics was performed at [redacted] Dealership in [redacted] ** Dealer informed me my Dampener needed replaced on [redacted] Should not drive if dampener comes apart will be end of car said ok and had to find friend to tow my car home After, four days got a tow dolly and was towed with car back to Hav*** Called, Ford Dealer on the 2nd of Sept on third and fourth of Sept finally told to bring in would take a look [redacted] was who I spoke to about car [redacted] He was not most pleasant person and said the [redacted] was worth more than the [redacted] I traded to them at Ford I was like yea, right Blew it off Friday the 5th of Sept [redacted] said, bring it in we will take a look His mechanic at Ford called later in day said would be awhile they know little about [redacted] really On the 9th Tuesday Sept 2014, Mechanic at Ford calls says it’s a/c compressor and it ceased need entire new a/c system cost will be $ [redacted] will cover $in parts and I cover the $in labor I was like what the a/c is now ceased you need to pay for a/c to be fixed Was working when brought to your shop, why would you cease compressor while diagnosing car dampener problem Mechanic said compressor on *** was causing all my problems repairing a/c would fix car Mechanic asked for picture of harmonic balancer I had got from [redacted] dealership and agreed it was definitely a problem would replace dampener for cost of part, labor no cost yet, only if replace a/c system as well Explained balancer would make a/c start to work right once it was replaced The balancer makes a/c act like its failing but its due to belt slipping a/c is fine Fix dampener first then we can discuss a/c Ford wanted $for dampener I said I would buy part they gave the ok while knowing Ford was aware that part was on back order over six months they did not say a word after I ordered part Ford said to get Ford stressing entire time about bolt since part told to get by Ford dealership part for wrong year was not the right dampener At time of purchase I was not aware of part ordered for wrong model year Notified Ford, Part would arrive on Sept 26, It arrived Ford Mechanic picked it up took to dealership then called asked were bolt was I informed Ford seller of dampener said bolt was not needed Called *** of [redacted] said bolt was not a onetime use bolt can be reuse no problem Ford refused wanted new bolt so I purchased bolt for $overnight cost $total cost $38,for a bolt arrived on weekend bolt would go out till Monday arrived Tuesday the 30th of Sept part arrived late on the 30th so Ford sent Mechanic on Wednesday at 8:to get bolt was picked up on wed October 1st and taken to ford dealership This is the communication between dealer and me about my [redacted] on day bolt arrived I have saved the entire text history this is example of it I have written out can easily prove its bad shape the [redacted] if it was used for moving work materials, battery’s, etc.
The [redacted] on the [redacted] in fair condition was 23,000.00.  Was getting negative responses for the [redacted]
said, disabling accident. There was never any body damage reported.  The word disabling would keep all but [redacted]
Ford from legally being able to sell on their lots.  Law states new dealerships are not allowed to
sell any used car off their lots unless can pass 24 point inspection.  I was crying some did not want to let [redacted]
go.  Do not make the money I use to.  Anyway, on Aug 4, 2014 after test driving a  2004 [redacted] with 100,000.00 miles on it
and verbally told by [redacted] if put covers over sun roofs would help a/c
work better.  I thought, ok I can do that
no big deal.  Traded my [redacted] and $ 5,000
for the [redacted] to Ford dealership they acquired [redacted] from me at $12,000.00
under [redacted].  Had to be in [redacted]
on the 11th of Sept 2014 needed to help my daughter set up for her
sophomore year at [redacted].
               
On way to [redacted] the A/C was becoming warmer and warmer, No real time
at  moment to have the a/c looked
at and recharged. I was now sweating like outside all the time in car.  Had my Daughter [redacted] drive us around in her
car.  When time permitted called [redacted]
this was on Aug 25th  to take
in car for a/c evac and recharge the cost $79.00.  Upon picking up car at [redacted] the service guy
informed me he had pulled over 8 to 12 oz of oil out of a/c system when doing
evac and usually gets little to none out of most all systems told  him had barely had car two weeks. His advise
was when, I get home take car back to dealership where purchased he stated,
they will do the right thing.  I assured
him I would.  On the 25th of
Aug on way to leave for [redacted] from [redacted] car quit running.  After towing and diagnostics was performed at
[redacted] Dealership in [redacted]. 
Dealer informed me my Dampener needed replaced on [redacted].   Should not drive if dampener comes apart

a/c would fix car.  Mechanic asked for

[redacted] came into [redacted] Ford on 7/23 searching for a vehicle and $5000 cash back. She was shown the [redacted] then returned on 8/4 and purchased the [redacted] along with the money back. [redacted] was also informed this vehicle came with the [redacted] 15 day 500 mile limited warranty...

only. The first phone call was answered by [redacted] on 8/3 [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and told her to bring the vehicle into our service department. While in our service department we explained to [redacted] that there was an ac issue. She explained that [redacted] told her it was the ac system had been over oiled and harmonic balancer was coming apart and that's what she wants fixed. [redacted] the service writer explained that the first issue is the ac and that is what we should fix first but [redacted] said no, [redacted] also explained that we would be covering the parts for her as well but she refused. [redacted] then explained she would bring in her own harmonic balancer and asked if we could put it in which we are willing to do. Currently we are waiting on [redacted] for this part. Just in case we have already ordered the ac parts for her and we have tried to do everything possible to remedy the situation. [redacted] stated in the Revdex.com desired settlement area that a replacement is what she wants. This is difficult because along with her trade we also gave [redacted] $5000. We will continue to try and help [redacted] within reason, keeping in mind she did refuse any extended warranty on the [redacted].

Bradley Ford blew up my engine on a test drive and wanted me to pay to repair it- I drove my truck in for head gaskets to be replaced - They took it on a test drive - blew it up- and did nothing for me! I had to Tow my vehicle home - at my expense of coarse - as they did nothing-
To add insult to injury- they made me sign a document stating I would not sue them before they would release my truck!!
Crooked- Scandalous- and outright ruthless!!!
