After researching this issue in detail, I tried to contact the customer, making 11 calls in 6 days, every time I got a message that voicemail has not been setup. I was finally able to talk to her on Sunday 11/12/17. She explained that she had storm damage and her gutters had fallen off. I explained to her that we installed the gutters in December 2012 with a 2 year workmanship warranty. I explained that her gutters are out of warranty and that storm damage was not covered as part of the workmanship warranty. I also explained that we had downsized and no longer serviced her area, 40 miles from our shop. She understood and asked that I send her a letter to confirm this. I told her I would do this shortly and she was happy with this response. I composed a letter and mailed it to her on 11/14/17 with a copy to [redacted], St Louis Housing Supervisor. This should resolve this complaint.

She doesn't understand the different between a screen and a cover. I had a problem understanding her. I would be glad to give her the money back. I will send her a refund of $95.00 in the mail and the case be closed.
