My name is Kenny [redacted] with Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, In. [redacted] did purchase a vehicle from Bradley on 12/23/15 and I am aware that the vehicle did have some physical body damage but I was not aware that there were any airbag issues until approximately 3-4 months after the customer had...

purchased the vehicle. Mr Pitzer's female friend called and informed me that the car was taken to the Nissan dealer and had an issue with the transmission (under warranty) and that there was an issue with the air bags. She continued to explain the issues with Mr Pitzer talking to her in the background that she felt someone had removed the airbag light and that someone had tried to hide the airbag deployment by stapling the headliner to the roof. I informed her that none of the inspection provided by Bradley Chevrolet or the CAR FAX showed any signs of air bag deployment. I explained to her that if she would bring the vehicle in for us to verify or diagnose her complaint I would be glad to see what I could do to assist her with this issue. She told me that they would bring the car in for inspection/diagnosis but I have never seen nor here from her of [redacted] since that call.After receiving this letter I called the local Nissan dealer [redacted] Nissan) and was asking question about the possibility of removing an air bag light to see if that was ever possible. After explaining the customers complaint/issue I discovered that [redacted] car was at the Nissan dealer having Warranty Transmission work completed. The dealer informed me that they did not feel that is was possible for anyone to remove a light to hide an airbag issue and that the light was an L.E.D light that was part of the instrument cluster, not an individual bulb.I will still be glad to inspect the customers vehicle and see what I can do to ASSIST them or SHARE in the cost to repare this issue. I feel that as a dealer we tried to do everything we could to protect ourselves and inform the customer of the what they were purchasing up front. I have enclosed a copy of the inspection (signed by the customer) informing the customer that the car had some pre-existing issues and a CARFAX that disclosed that this vehicle was involved in an accident but there was no airbag deployment.Kenny [redacted] General ManagerBradley Chevrolet Inc.317-736-5141
