I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I spoke with the business today 3/and they apologized for my inconvenience in this matter I am grateful to the Revdex.com as it was [redacted] ***'s calls to the business that "got the ball rolling" for me to get my refund thanks [redacted] for your prompt response to my complaint, your professionalism, and eventual resolution of the matter Regards, [redacted]

We are in agreement that the customer did place a large order with us on 9/12/15, consisting of (1) sofa, (1) loveseat, (2) toss pillows, (1) recliner, (1) end table, and (1) desk.  We gave an approximate delivery time of 8-12 weeks on the order form, which the customer signed and...

acknowledged.  Everything except the recliner and toss pillows were delivered by 12/30/15.  The reason the recliner and toss pillows have been delayed was due to the fabric being on back-order at the manufacturer.  We called the manufacturer numerous times in an attempt to get a more definitive timeline but they have never been able to give us a clear answer.  As of today's date we still do not have any solid information so as a small independently owned business who strives to provide exceptional customer service, our level of dissatisfaction with this manufacturer is so great that moving forward we have made the decision to discontinue doing business with them.  On 2/29/16 I left a message for the customer to please contact us to re-select another recliner from a different manufacturer at a higher price point, and the upcharge would be at our expense.  Today we received notification from our credit card company that she has disputed the charges and that our credit card account would be debited for the price of the recliner and toss pillows.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or trouble that this has caused.

Was lied to by owner and sales woman. Ordered 2 Hooker recliners Oct 2015 was told delivery before Christmas. They delivered April 2015. Lots of scratches and one chair had to be replaced due to bottom and top not matching. Took toll July 2015-- 9 months before I had both recliners. Store boasted Hooker made in USA, called Hooker---recliners are made in Chiba. Also approved for 12 mos SAC financing, but owner insisted on $1300 down pmt saying its lenders requirement. Called lender, this also a lie. Store had my money 9 months before I got merchandise.

Review: on 9/12/15 I purchased living room items from this store. I have yet to receive a recliner, costing $1,400. it was suppose to be delivered by the end of November 2015. I have gone into the store and called many times. the response from the owner is usually "I keep calling and they are still making it". the last time he said, "they can make it quickly, just waiting for the fabric to come it".

I characterize this as bad business. if they are reputable I would at least have an estimated date of completion. but I cannot get that either.Desired Settlement: Deliver my recliner as soon as possible. get the manufacturer to agree to a specific date when it will be arrive at Bradley Michael's store
