The 1st day of the project did not go very well due to an employee that did not stay as neat and clean as we would likeThat person no longer works for usThe 2cd day, we were determined to make things right and clean up any mistakes from the previous day; which we didThe client is mentioning beams that had gotten some material on themWe wiped with only water, which would not clean it properlyThe client would not allow us to come back or to use a trusted solution that would clean the beams The beams seemed to alteady have some type of a grease coating on them which allowed the preparation material to really stick to itWe would have loved to clean them oroperlyHowever, the client would not allow it

Review: [redacted] was painting homes throughout our community when I approached him about some exterior work for my house. We settled on a dollar amount and I gave him $50 up front to purchase material. After 6 weeks of excuses as to why he was not able to do the job, he stated that he would just return my money. After repeated requests for him to do so and promises that he would, he still has not returned the money.Desired Settlement: I would like the money returned to me in the form of a money order or cashiers check and mailed to my address. He stated that he would place the money in my mailbox and I am not comfortable with that arrangement. There are too many he said she said scenarios that can come from it.
