I have called this company about a dozen times with a question about my bill. The answering service always says someone will call but no one has. The website lists an email address that doesn't exist.
Complaint ***In regards to the attached letter. Client had called in twice (not a dozen times) before receiving a call back. I know this because all our call are recorded. We spoke to the client and explained the charges in question which had also been asked the year before. The client understood and was satisfied. He at this time is still a current client and has been for the past 4 years. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from us. Thank you,***Bradley Security Systems, Inc.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I did call the service more than twice and when I got the answering service the third time, I stopped leaving messages. I was not happy with the amount of time it took to resolve this
