Bradley Warren Hylan, D.D.S.

I have been over billed by over $800 (almost $900) and have tried unsuccessfully to have the overage applied to the G E Care Credit account utilized for financing the dental care. I have made numerous calls to straighten out an initial billing mess where I was not provided interest free financing which took several months and a complaint from me filed with G E Captital before that was straightened out. Now I have spent the past 3 months trying to have the over billing credited to the financed account as well. I have been promised it will be taken care of but the last three statements I have received shows no credit. When I contact G E Capital, I am informed that they have received no instructions from Hylan Dental involving a credit. I called Hylan again today to ask for [redacted] ( who has indicated twice she will take care of this) only to be told she will not be in the office until Monday. I was not offered to leave her a message, not offered a return call, not even an inquiry to see if someone else could assist. ( [redacted] is the office manager and has also told me the credit will be taken care of. I am extremely displeased with he amount of trouble I have had between Hylan ad this care Credit account over the past 6 1/2 months first straightening out the billing issue and now simply trying to get back the over charge from Hylan.
