Ms, [redacted] 's father who owned a glass company for many years came in and inspected the vehicle yesterday 10-6-After taking a look he agreed that the damage was fresh and had to have been done while the car was in his daughters possession...He then paid the bill and thanked us I'm sorry that Ms [redacted] felt as though she was bullied...My employees were just trying to protect our interestThey offered several options for payment and tried to be courteous in the midst of an unpleasant situation If there is anything else I need to discuss or consider in this case I'm happy toRegards, Nick WetzelVP Wetzel Auto

Wetzel Ford has offered to issue the customer with a month, comprehensive warranty, that would extend his manufacture warranty to the term to years from the 3/8/purchase date This warranty would be issued as a comprehensive service contract and could be used anywhere in the United States and Canada This service contract is the equivalent of a manufactures new vehicle warranty and would actually be in excess of what he would have gotten if he had purchased the vehicle with mile We are currently waiting for the customers to respond to our resolution, so that we can resolve this complaint

Mr*** first brought his van in on May 19, Customer stated that the a/c was not working and made a loud noise We diagnosed a locked up a/c compressor and replaced. He was back in on May 27, Stated that the AC was again not working Technician noted on
original repair order the following, "We found rear a/c is not cooling, checked system, charge was OK Removed rear evap lines, found someone had ran stop leak in a/c system and clogged up rear evap Stop leak is very bad on a/c system, may cause other problems Could hear belt noise at that time". At that time we advised Mr*** when stop leak is put into an a/c system that it can contaminate the entire a/c system and at this point the compressor and evap had already failed We then advised Mr*** that the a/c lines and dryer could possibly also fail due to contaminated system We warrantied to the customer at no charge another three compressors as well as provided alternate transportationAfter sending this email we will be contacting Mr*** and offering to replace the A/C drier free of charge, but with no guarantee that the stop leak will not fail out other components of the AC system, including those already replaced
