On 2/28/15 I purchased two recliners and a sofa from Brad's HF. My purchase had to be special ordered since I wanted all leather. I was not given a time frame for delivery but expected to receive my furniture in a timely manner and waited for two months..6 weeks. At the end of the six weeks I called Brad's to inquire as to the status of my furniture and the endless excuses started there. I was told that Broyhill and Lane companies had merged and that due to the merge the company was a little slow to manufacture and that because of my wait, Broyhill was refunding 10% of my purchase price and that Brad's would match it. I accepted that, not knowing that I would be sitting here, four months later, still with no furniture. Three weeks ago, I was told by my salesperson that my furniture was finally complete, wrapped, and on a truck, ready to be delivered....I waited. A week went by, I again called Brad's to inquire on my furniture delivery and was told by my salesperson that she would make some calls to find out and would call me back which she DID NOT. A week later, (two weeks ago) I called Brad's again to inquire as to delivery, this time not accepting them telling me they would call me back, and asked for the direct number to Broyhill. When I called Broyhill I was informed that they still had my recliners, were ready to ship, but that my sofa was NOT completed, that they did not even have the leather on property to complete, and totally denied stating that it was complete. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on Brad's Home Furnishings and went to social media to submit a review to a local facebook site which I did anonymously and two of the employees of Brad's replied to my review, one going as far as giving my name, where I live, and calling me rude and impatient. I will NEVER do business with Brad's Home Furnishings again. They lie, refuse to return phone calls, but obviously troll social media to do their dirty work and call out the consumer who has been done wrong.
