I hired Brad to do a repair on my rental home and a new roof on my personal home. He was reasonably priced and I was very pleased with his work. I was referred to him by a friend. He was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to anyone!

Review: On 3/17/16, I hired Brad's Roofing after reading many reviews of the local roofing companies in Slidell. The area near my chimney was leaking. They were great with getting to my house for the initial inspection and handling the repairs. However, that area is still leaking. My husband and I have left about seven messages within the past few weeks and our call had not been returned as of 5/19/16.Desired Settlement: I paid $350 for shingles and flashing near my chimney to be sealed. Upon the first rain storm after the repair, it was still leaking. I would like all of my money back. At first, I wanted Brad's Roofing to honor their warranty, but now I don't want to do business with them and want a full refund in order to pay for proper repairs.

I spoke with [redacted] and told her as soon as it was dry enough we would come back out and fix the leak. It hasn't been dry enough since to remove and replace wood if necessary. I'm sorry [redacted] feels this way. I will have her a check in the mail today for a refund. I had all intentions on fixing her leak.Thank you
