Brad's TV and Auto Repair

They rebuilt our transmission and told us we would have a 12 month/12000 mile nationwide warranty then after 5000 miles the transmission went out again. The local dealer said the transmission has to be removed and rebuilt again. We have called many many times only to get the run around and no attempt by Brads auto to make this right. He has offered to pay for repair costs including shipping a new transmission to a local repair shop to have them put it in but then keeps asking for more diagnostics and now over a month later the repair shop cant reach him and neither can I.Product_Or_Service: rebuilt transmissionOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementWe want about half of the repair costs refunded. We paid $1900 and are only asking for $1000 back from the shop. This is more than fair, it has cost us nearly $300 for towing and repair shop fees to find out the transmission is bad after they rebuilt it.
