makes every attempt to respect the "do not call" directive of a potential candidate, so when Ms. [redacted] made such a request by e-mail on 10/6/16 to two of our recruiters, they informed everyone else in their group to not call Ms. [redacted] in the future.  No further attempt was made to contact Ms. [redacted] by our firm until yesterday when her name again appeared on an Internet generated list and third recruiter accidentally called her.  We also received a call from the Director of HR of the company yesterday that Ms. [redacted] works for and we assured her that we did not maliciously intend to call Ms. [redacted] or to harrass her.  We have again notified all our our recruiters to not contact Ms. [redacted] in the future, but we have not way of guaranteeing that a brand new recruiter might reach out again at some time in the future if Ms. [redacted] name pops up on a call list.  We are in the process of contacting our IT department to see if they can put a block on Ms. [redacted] email and direct phone line.
