On September 20th, 2017, *** *** and *** *** from Storm Restoration Group came to our door and informed us that we had likely received hail damage from a storm we had encountered on July 16th, Upon inspection of our property, *** and *** determined that we indeed head hail damage to our roof, siding and fascia on both our house and garage *** contacted our insurance company the same day (Sept20th) and filed an insurance claim We also were asked to sign a contingency contract with Storm Restoration Group, LLC at this time
On September 28th, 2017, our insurance adjuster came to our property and met with *** (who claimed he knew our claims adjuster) The adjuster also found that we did have hail damage to our property and left to finished the claim process
On October 16th 2017, The insurance company issued an ACV check in the amount of $31,335.15, with a remaining $RCV left over

On January 22, 2017, an EF-tornado tore up our home as well as the rest of the neighborhoodNaturally, many contractors, including Storm Restoration Group, were in the area With the intentions of just getting the home repaired, my parents went with Storm Restoration Group Storm Restoration said they were only responsible for the roof but they also knowingly and admittedly allowed one of their employees, Nathan Seibert, to do construction work on the property and use another Storm Restoration employee, only known as ***, and use a Storm Restoration Group vehicleNathan received money but did not complete the job and my parents were threatened with theft of services when Nathan hadn't finished the job that Storm Restoration Group knew he was doingFast forward to January 2018, the roof that Storm Restoration Group admitting to doing and has a 30-yr warranty started leaking inside of the family room*** *** of Storm Restoration has been contacted NUMEROUS times via phone
I hired Storm Restoration Group on 5-23-to repair storm damage,I was told by *** *** and *** that the job would start within days and job would be completed within days there after.The job did not start as stated and they finally came and repaired the roof.The siding was half done and the trim approx.2-weeks ago,I have contacted them 4-times to find out when they are going to finish the job and have gotten nothing but lies.They have been paid for the job so I assume that is all they were interested in.They have not finished the job they were paid to do
