Review: They sent me a contract stating I had to give collateral to receive a loan since my credit is poor. So in the contract it states I send $450.00 (5 months payment up front, of &90.00 a month) to secure the loan. I send the money and they did not give me a loan. I immediately called and they told me I was entitled to refund but it would take 30 days. I called today to see if my refund was processed and guess what the phones are disconnected. My so called loan officer was Jennifer Armstrong and her boss Mr. [redacted]. Places like this need to be shut down...They took every penny I had to my name. They even have that they operate under California laws at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back if anyway possible, since I am a single woman living from pay check to pay check

Review: I was called by a loan officer, from Bradshaw Finance Center on 02/27/2015 , about a loan I applied for , I was told that there was three ways that I could get the loan , 1) a co-signer- 2) some type of collateral- 3) make the first five months payments in advance , $450.00 + &37.00 for western union fees, total $487.00 , I told the loan officer , I had to wait until I get my check because I'm disabled ,so I received my check an I complied with their instructions on Thursday 03/19/2015 , she then had me speak to the manager to confirm the loan, The manager Mr.[redacted] , an he told me , they couldn't give me the loan, because their was some kind of discrepancy with my credit score , so I requested a refund ,he agreed and told me to call him back on Monday 03/23/2015 , to get the exact date of the refund . Monday 03/23/2015 Mr. [redacted] called me ,he told me he had another lender , that would be willing to give me the loan , but he would not be able to do so until 04/06/2015 ,I agreed and he told to call him or he will call me ,he never called me ,so I called him on 03/30/2015,I called the loan officer Ms.[redacted] , an Mr. [redacted] , I got a recording telling me the number is not in service, I tried again on 03/31/2015 ,same thing , number is not in service .Desired Settlement: I would like a refund A.S.A.P , so I can try to catch up on my rent , and other bills that I had that money for , OR the loan pertaining to the agreement that was already in place .

Review: had a call from [redacted] on march9th 2015 that I was approved for a loan of 3000.00 she told me a had to put up a collateral payment of 450 dollarsplus charges to [redacted] it to them and I would be refund also for the [redacted] after I done this shes calls me back and said I needed to send another 5 payments to them because my credit score had change so I told her to cancel the loan she said I had to speak to the manger[redacted] they said I would receive my refund back in 30 days have try calling them and number no longer working I have file a police report with kingston police phone number [redacted] also file fraud charges with [redacted] they had me wired the money to andrew ritchie in hamilton ontario canada all I like is to find them and get my money back spent 492.00 dollars for this it also put me in a finanical bind but I learn my lesson any help would be appreciated thanks [redacted] ph [redacted]Desired Settlement: all I would like is to be reunded my 492.00 from them by [redacted]

Review: they told me I could get a loan but my credit was bad so I had to put a downpayment to prove that I could make the monthly payments...this was march 4th 2015 and then they said that the lender thats sending the money says your a high risk so their going go need another deposit so I said no give me a refund but the manager mark says he could find me a lender that wouldnt ask for anymore money...this was march 5th 2015 so he said he found another lender but all i.had to do.is wait till the 23rd and he would have the money but when the 23rd came they said I needed to pay the clearance fee of 350 and I said no give me my refund so they said it takes 30 days so ill be receiving it may 4th so now that I cant find a number for them im concerned about my refund...if they dnt get back to me im suingDesired Settlement: my refund should 450.00

Review: I applied for a loan and paid $850 upfront for security. The loan fell through and I was supposed to be reimbursed for the 850 dollars. I never did. This was on March 7th of this year. My emails have never been returned and the phone number has been cut off.Desired Settlement: My $850 returned

Review: [redacted] SENIOR LOAN CONSULTANT FOR BRADSHAW FINANCE CENTER CALL MY CELL PHONE NUMBER A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO GIVING ME A LINK PDF WITH LOANPAPERS AND ITS TERMS. SHE SAID SHE GOT MY NUMBER FROM A LOAN LENDER AND GAVE ME 3 CHOICES ONE WAS TO PAY COLLATERAL 450 DOLLARS FOR SIX MONTHS OF LOAN PAYMENTS FOR 90 DOLLARS A MONTH. SHE SAID TO ARRAIGE PAYMENT OF 450 DOLLARS. I CHECKED CALIFORNIA NORTEAST DRevdex.com AND FOUND THAT BRADSHAW FINANCE CENTER IS NOT LICENSED AT ALL AND OFFICE ADDRESS IS NOT OCCUPIED.Desired Settlement: KEEP BRADSHAW FINANCE CENTER FROM FALSE ADVERTISING SO NO ONE CAN BEAR FINANCIAL LOSE BY PAYING THEM UP FRONT.
