Charges to my credit card were reversed 33 days after ordering, and a 'free' coffee pot arrived on the 36th day from Canada. I appreciate the gratuitous shipping of the coffee pot, but this does not suddenly mean Bialetti/Bradshaw has the...

management structure or practices to be a safe, trustable, online retailer. I will watch my credit card statement closely for further 'mistakes'. I'm just happy they reversed the charges and I'm done with the transaction.
