Front office personal very hard to deal with. Was overcharge for services and then giving the run around when I tried to resolve issue. As of today still have not received a call back from office manager. I don't think that I will return again for services.

Mrs. [redacted] contacted our office with a dental emergency of a veneer that had fallen off of one of her front teeth. We gladly got her in the same day into our busy schedule, because we understood she did not want to g without a front tooth.  We have an office policy not to quote treatment...

over the phone. Because without seeing the problem we cannot diagnose the problem. Per [redacted] we must be able to see clinically and radiographically in order to make a diagnosis, otherwise we would be practicing under the standard of care. We can quote what a limited exam and an x-ray will cost but not the final treatment.  We do not know where and when these veneers were done for Mrs. [redacted], and we must carefully remove any residual bonding on the tooth and the veneer.  Then we must treat the porcelain with an acid and primer in order to ensure proper bonding, we then treat the tooth in the same manner. Isolation is key to ensure a proper bond; any contamination will weaken the bond and lead to debonding. This is not a simple procedure if you want it done correctly. As to the charges Mrs. [redacted] stated she was quoted $ 79.00. This is correct, the limited oral eval is $56.00 and the x-ray is $23.00 which totals $79.00. The recement fee is a standard fee for veneers, crowns, onlays, and inlays. There is only one code for all recement, and it comes up under a recement crown which is $88.00, this brings the total to $167.00. We are sorry Mrs. [redacted] feels that she overpaid and that we inflated the price. As you can see we did not and would not. This is the first we are hearing of this, upon checkout she asked about the price, we explained the billing and she paid, therefore we did not know she had any further concerns. She states in her letter that she strenuously objected and this was not the case. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality of dentistry with the highest standard of ethics and morals. As the owner I would have been informed that Mrs. [redacted] had a complaint about billing and I would have spoken with her while she was here. She was seen on Thursday, June 5th and we received this complaint on Monday, June 9th.  It is unfortunate that Mrs. [redacted] was unwilling to speak with us about any issue she was having before filing a complaint for us doing our job correctly.
