Water was turned off Southwest Utilities Management is now in charge of billing for Ray water companySouthwest utilities management https://southwesternutility.com/ turned off the water on 7/31/to a single family residence with one resident: [redacted] on a 106°F degree day [redacted] is years old, legally blind, and has hearing and mobility issuesShe pays her bills through an automatic monthly account deduction her daughter managesShe must have missed any correspondence saying an overage amount had accruedEven though a $fee had been paid monthly, the company turned off the water because an overage amount was dueNo phone calls were attemptedIt was incredibly difficult for her and it took her all day to find a credit card and read it while holding a thick magnifying glass, but she finally was able to pay over the phoneThe company charged her the overage fee and a $fee to turn the water back on but said it would be another day until a technician could come out

I keep getting bills that is almost late when I get then so they charge a late fee, I talked to this guy his name is *** *** he was every rude on the phone I told him that I'm getting a bill like every weeks and I pay it and then they have me for another one after I just paid one I have my paper work when I went over to the business and I had talked to a lady named ***

Issued disconnect notice for household water before sending bill, admitted this when I spoke to customer serviceExcessive charge to read meter
The charge to read the meter is excessive and has nearly doubled my monthly water billI was sent a final disconnect notice before a bill was issuedThis disconnect notice said it was my only warningI supposedly owed them less than $I have never paid them lateYet was in danger of loosing this most important life giving utility, due to there mistakeThey have also raised there disconnect fee to $I see via all the terrible reviews they have online that the reconnect fee used to be $Totally excessive fees for a utilityThis business is charging a lot for substandard service, and service that could potentially endanger people, as they are threatening to disconnect peoples water with out even sending them a bill

Water was turned off unnecessarily
I was gone for most of June I paid what I thought would cover my water bill $was paid on 6/5/18, due date 6/ The bill arrived while I was away and upon returning 6/i received a notice of termination because an additional $was due on my bill, I immediately bill paid my remaining balance which came out of my account on 6/ On the morning of 7/I realized I had no water I called mountain glen water, a division of southwest utilities and tried to talk to them I told them I was disabled and needed water for my health and that the remainder had been paid They were even able to find that the check was there in their possession but refused to reverse the $reconnect fee or turn my water back on until the next dayI asked them to check my history with them, over years of good payments and explained what happened It was NOT even days past the due date and I had paid most of it They would do nothing to help Ple
