Review: I would like to file a complaint and ask Revdex.com to help me resolve the dispute with the Business. Below is the series of events that resulted in the disputeAugust [redacted] 2013 I met with [redacted] of Brady Cargo Services (BCS) and requested BCS to receive some merchandise from various vendors and ship (via air) to Gaborone (GBE). BCS never informed me that they would charge storage fees.Sept [redacted] - BCS informed me that they cannot ship (via air) hazardous materials (hazmat includes perfumes, nail polish and other flammable items) directly to GBE. They did not inform me that they did not have prior experience in shipping to GBE. We agreed that I would hold off on ordering hazmat until we determine other shipping options. Sept [redacted] - I sent an email to follow-up on the shipping options including the shipping rates as I had no heard from BCS. I informed BCS that if there are no suitable options he should forward the hazmat to another shipper for ground shipping. Oct [redacted] (almost 2 months later) - BCS provided the rates. Now that we had rates, I advised BCS that I would go ahead and order other items including hazmat. Nov [redacted] - BCS advised that I should move the cargo as it was occupying their warehouse, they did not inform me of any storage fees on this date. I requested BCS to wait for some more orders and then ship the cargo. Nov [redacted] - I confirmed that I was ready to ship the cargo.Dec [redacted] - I learned that I could not sell shoes in GBE so I asked BCS to hand over the shoes to another shipper. That notwithstanding, had BCS shipped the cargo prior to this date I would have taken care of the situation when the cargo arrived. Dec [redacted] (2 weeks later) BCS asked how I was going to pay for shipping, I provided options and asked for bank details. Nov [redacted] - Feb [redacted] - I called BCS several times to follow-up on my shipping request but [redacted] did not respond to my emails or phone calls. Further, BCS did not provide a quote / invoice and they did not make any effort to ship the items. The Christmas season is the busiest time for my business so I lost a good amount of income due to the poor service. Feb [redacted] 2014 (2 months later) I requested another shipper to pick up the cargo and ship it to me. On this date BCS informed me that I owe $400 in storage costs. I informed BCS that they had not told me about the shipping costs at the beginning. Had they informed me, I would not have used their services. I offered to pay $100 (and increased to $200) to resolve the matter. BCS indicated that they would not release any of my cargo to the other shipper unless I pay the full amount of $400. I even requested BCS to hold items worth $400 and release the rest of the cargo while we seek a resolution to the dispute. BCS has declined. My cargo $5000.Feb [redacted] 2014 - I requested for a storage contract as well as a detailed invoice showing the period of storage and the rate per month. I received an invoice that was not detailed it indicated that the $400 was for the period of August [redacted] 2013 to present. Most of the delay has been caused by BCS. It took BCS a long time to provide the shipping rates; to date, BCS has not made any attempt to provide an invoice or to ship the cargo. I have email communication to support every fact noted above. I believe that [redacted] is not happy because I opted to use another shipper following his poor service. Now he is attempting to extort $400 from me.Desired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com to help me resolve this dispute. In terms of settlement, I would like BCS to release my cargo so that I can continue doing business. I hope that my items will not be damaged or lost in the process. My business is very young, I do not want BCS to ruin it. I currently out of the country but I am available via email or phone.

Review: 1. I ordered perfume since june, 85 pcs, 31kgs

2. I always send my goods through [redacted] via Brady Crago Services in NY

3. Brady Cargo Services said they cannot send 31 kgs and I should add more perfume to make 100kgs

4. I borrowed cash and bought more perfume , more thsn 69kgs to total 100kgs.

5. Brady Cargo Services shipped the 69+ kgs, and left behind the 84pcs (31kgs).

6. I have been calling, sending emails to them and their response was they will ship goods IF and WHEN they will find another person with the same goods.

7. I have been frustrated, stressed out and the cash I borrowed has been accruing interest, the perfume in their custody is designer perfume, some people had paid cash in advance, and it has been accruing 10% interest for all those months, and for a mistake that wasnt mine.

8. If they couldnt remember to send my orders when the memory was fresh in mind, how will they remember to send even if someone else had an order to ship here?

9. Who pays for the damage incurred? I am distressed, stressed out

10.Would you advise how to go about this?Desired Settlement: I would like to get my goods asap., or compensation of damages incurred and total amount of my selling price, accruing interest of borrowed cash for the four months.
