Disappointed in customer servicePaid for a piece of furniture to be picked up at a later dateContacted ***, the owner, twice about acquiring a trailer to transport the piece and was assured "that's fine"When trailer finally aquired , he had either resold or allowed someone else to pick up my piece(He wasn't sure because they don't keep accurate records of these transactions.) he refused to compensate me with refund or store creditHe was rude on the phone and hung upTo be a scout leader and someone I have done business with for nearly years, I am extremely disappointed in his attitude and serviceWill not recommend his business anymore to friends and family!
