Disappointed in customer service. Paid for a piece of furniture to be picked up at a later date. Contacted [redacted], the owner, twice about acquiring a trailer to transport the piece and was assured "that's fine". When trailer finally aquired , he had either resold or allowed someone else to pick up my piece. (He wasn't sure because they don't keep accurate records of these transactions.) he refused to compensate me with refund or store credit. He was rude on the phone and hung up. To be a scout leader and someone I have done business with for nearly 3 years, I am extremely disappointed in his attitude and service. Will not recommend his business anymore to friends and family!
