Brady's Floor Sanding & Refinishing

I paid them in full and [redacted] Brady gave me his word that he would come back and finish last threshold once bathroom tile was laid. I paid Brady flooring $4,414.25 on 7-14-14 for laying down and refinishing hard wood flooring. The owner [redacted] Brady said he did not want to do one of the thresholds until bathroom tile was laid but he would come back and finish the job once tile was laid. I have been calling ,emailing , and texting for a year and can not get them to finish the job they where paid to do. We had a verbal agreement when I paid him in full that he would come back and complete the job but I have been getting nothing but the run around. This is a horrible way to do business and I hope others do not pay till the job is 100% done!/////Desired SettlementI would like them to finish the job I paid them to do. Or I can have another business finish their job and send them the bill. I would of done the threshold myself if it was small but they gaped it so bad it will take someone with some woodworking skills./////
