I called Craft Construction to have a property quoted for gutters to be installed. The rep shot a quote out that was reasonable. We had a date set for the install. The date of the install, was a no show. I called, it was rescheduled, then they no showed again.
So I called the owner John, he basically apologized, said that he would be out to the house, he had the work order on his desk. That date was passed up, although he supposedly called me? I don't know I didn't have any missed calls or messages. I called him again, which that date was postponed for rain, although it didn't rain? lol...
So for the grand finale, he finally shows up, says he cant do the job, he has to do the entire house. Doesn't have the equipment. That the fascia needs to be rebuilt, I replied "well, your rep stated you guys can do that". Evidentially, they do not. I got to the property 10 minutes late from the set time to quote the entire house and john was gone. lol
Absolutely hilarious, this jokester, after I took off work early adjusted my schedule multiple times, and now this guy doesn't have the common courtesy to answer the phone.
John, seriously get a grip stop advertising your A+ rating, your business is a joke. I have yet to see a sub leave a job to avoid a customer after canceling that many times. You are not a legitimate businessman you are on the bottom rung in this trade due to your disorganized business practices.
A solution would be for you reimburse me for my time.
After 23 years, the liner in our inground pool split last fall and had to be replaced. We had been dealing with Brady for a couple of years for closing, chemicals etc., but we decided to shop around for a new liner.
Brady gave us the best price (by a considerable amount) for the liner and a circuit board for our [redacted] salt system, so we went with him. He was always available for advice and suggestions during the process.
Dave and Kenny did a wonderful job of measuring and installing the liner, after the steps had been restored to like-new condition by the guys from [redacted].
Our 23 year old pool now looks brand-new and we couldn't be happier.
