100% SCAM Company charged me over $on my debit card when I purchased some skin cream for my wife for $ Of course we were in a rush and the sales person ran my card for $put my receipt in the bag and rushed us out the door to get to our show we get to room go to show and come back in the evening I review the bag and the receipt and nothing in the box and receipt for over $The next morning I immediately went to the store and my salesman wasnt there "Surprise surprise" the response is "We shipped this out" they could not find a tracking number and started to act like they didnt understand english Iam so glad for personal development as I was obviously furious here we are days later no response from their customer service deptNo product I am out of $pending a VISA investigation DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
I submitted a complaint over the weekend to the person I purchased three of the Lionesse products from, the customer service from the company and here I have since spoken with the customer service person from Lionesse and he told me that they are not responsible for those that see their products I regret the day I bought these products! I not only experienced an allergic reaction from them when I called the person who sold them to me she told me that it was and to keep using!! Can you imagine! My face was red, puffy and very itchy and she advised me to continue using! Insane Then she told me they don't give refunds unless I see a doctor and it can be determined that the Lionesse products caused my face to swell and be itchy and red Needless to say....I didn't follow her advise I did not apply any more of their products to my red swollen face and my face has now returned to what it was prior So, even if I did see a doctor it would be a waste of time
