Braggs Rent A Center

I was weeks late, only time ever, so they came to my home while I was gone, My yr old answered the door (he wasn't suppose to when I'm not home but he's a kid they make mistakes) A man named *** told him "sorry bro I gotta come in and get the TV" proceeded to walk in my home passed my son and take it I could care less about the tv but it shook my son up legally somebody or older is suppose to be home I called corporate, talked to district manager and regional manager I was told that the man would get no kind of reprimand because he had a good record as an employee and that I should make a police report So I'm headed to do just that ??
I also had literally go up every single month and remind them of my due date AND my payment amount (literally EVERY month for months) They would come to my house and say ma'am you were due yesterday In which I would then remind them of my contract and that I was monthly and not due till ____ They would even get my acct mixed up and say I had a dryer (nope never got a dryer from you people ) twice they had to rewrite my paperwork because they had it wrong Doesn't seem as if this store management, inside management or otherwise, including district OR regional manager, has any recourse for employees that cross a major line such as unlawful entry and frightening a minor

I had bought a washer and dryer from them and had to let it go back.so when I decided to get another one they had a special.so I called an they delivered me a setwell when I went back in a few weeks I told the manger that they where dented so she droped the length of time to pay.I also was paying buy the week and wanted to get it on a month so they told me to pay a month an they would update my account so I did but they did not update it so that made me late.when I got the new washer an dryer I had a credit of from the other pair well I took in my coupon they sent well ne body could tell me when they would take it off just that it had not been taken off but that someone would do itt.well if my items was paid off in 90bdays I only owed and some odd dollars on them well if they had taken that off my washer an dryer would have been paid forbut they didntso I called the main number they said they would get someone to call me.but they didnt know when and I cant just sit
