They haven't paid the value of the tv yetI do understand that there is due process yet for me it's not enough for the business to only respond to my complaint but also to pay it in full cost, not an entitled cent a pound because for me, it's not enough to even buy a new oneTo add to that, I only got a courtesy email on November ** before I file a complaint on Revdex.com is that when I called them that morning and told them about it since I haven't received a response from the claim managerShe emailed me in the afternoon of that day
I hope they can resolve this issue as soon as possibleIt's been almost a month since we complained to them
