RE: ID# [redacted] We are responding to the above ID numberWe received a call from the Insurance Adjuster on this person's water claimHe explained to the homeowner who we were and what services we would be providingOur System is: upon arrival at the home or place of business, we introduce ourselves to the homeowner(s) and ask what concerns they have regarding the misfortune they have and/or are experiencingAfter we evaluate the situation, we stop explain what we are going to do and then request they sign our Work AuthorizationThe Work Authorization Is allowing our company to come into their home or place of business and perform the necessary work to mitigate the toss [redacted] called and said to come and pick up our equipment the next dayPer her request that is exactly what we didWhen she received theInsurance check it was in [redacted] name, the mortgage company along with our nameShe refused to take the necessary steps to get all proper endorsements because she did not want to pay our invoice [redacted] faults us that we didn't do our work but she threw us off the job without allowing us to finish our workThe insurance check includes the money for new carpeting but she can't get new carpeting because she will not cash the insurance checkThe manner in which we work Is according to [redacted] The [redacted] is recognized internationally as a knowledgeable industry voice and resourceTh [redacted] spells out the standards for cleaning, inspection and restorationThe [redacted] standards along with our own standards speak for the work we have delivered to our satisfied customers for the past 38+ years of working in the cleaning and restoration industry
