It is our policy to perform a complete assessment for any quality claims If the product can be repaired we will perform such repairs at no cost to the customer If the bag cannot be repaired to our standard the customer will receive a warranty replacement This particular
complaint involved a minor repair to the zipper We completed the repairs and returned the product to the customer
