They matted and dreaded my hair on purpose during the washing process Please help

I got my hair corn Road on April by the braiding center in Marley station on April I went back to them stating that their "Corn rolls are too tigh
Causing my hair to fall out all she stayed at was that she can take them out but that was all I took a video tape outside her store since she wasn't willing to help me out but all means went back April ask her to remove the corn rolls she stated that I needed to pay her in order to get them removed I went next-door to another hair beautician Got a diagnosis of what's going on with my hair but why is it that my hair is falling out and immediately got them removed and I paid someone else another beauty shop next-door
