 After talking with my Braider in regards to this claim, below is the information I received from her While doing [redacted]'s hair I noticed the 2 packs of hair she had wasn't enough to go around. I told her because she didn't have enough hair we'll focus on making the front fuller and it will fall to cover the back, (it did). She agreed, I did her hair she told me how much she loved it and left. I got text message from the owner of the shop with a picture a week later saying [redacted] was unhappy with her hair, and asked that I call her and try to sort it out. I called her and reminded her that the reason I didn't sew a track on the back was because she didn't have enough hair to sew back there, she acknowledged we did have that conversation. I told her if she wants to get more hair I would have no problem filling in that part whenever she wanted, free of charge. She told me she had a lot going on and won't be able to make it back to the shop. And also she doesn't have money to buy more hair. I offer to use some leftover hair from the shop since she couldn't afford it. She said no, I think I just want a refund because I don't have the time. I tried to reason with her, saying, if I did give you a refund you would have to come to the shop to pick it up anyways, that time you would take to come to the shop we can use to sew in your hair. It would only take me 10 mins since I'll have to sew in only a track or two. She insisted no, she just wanted a refund. I reminded her again that the problem she had with her hair wasn't about the work I did on her hair but the fact that she didn't have enough hair and that responsibility falls on her and not me. I've done all I can to try and resolve this issue that you have. She said yeah, I understand you want to help but I would be more comfortable with a refund or partial refund. I told her I couldn't give her a refund because I've done the work and put in my time, she can call the owner and ask for a refund but this issue she has is not with the shop but with her not having enough hair. I stand by my decision not to refund and by braids Hawaii's decision not to refund, because this is an issue that falls on the customer not on the shop and we did all we could to accommodate Ms. [redacted] but her agenda wasn't to fix her hair but get money out of us for work we've already done.  Aloha Saundy [redacted]Braids Hawaii LLC[redacted] EDIT  DELETE
