Brain Abilities

Review: I initially informed [redacted] of Brain Abilities in July of 2014 that I would not be able to continue services for my son [redacted] I offically provided a written notification in October of 2014 that I was withdrawing my son from program and requested a refund for unused sessions. Per my conversation with [redacted] December *, his mother was ill that caused the delay in his response; however he would charge me for 7 sessions and refund the remaining session back to [redacted] (Credit issuing company). To date this has not been done.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting that Brain Abilities either refunds me or credits the credit company ([redacted]'s) as promised by [redacted] per our discussion for cancellation of services.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Brain Abilities regarding complaint ID[redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Brain Abilities sent me a form to sign, that I will not sign as this was not our agreement. [redacted] has only had 7 sessions and 1 nutrition consultation, according to [redacted] he was to refund me using the payment option schedule as a basis (this form is attached). I also requested several times a receipt for service and a copies of activity sheet to date I have not received this.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.My account has been refunded $3960 as of 3/**/15
