This company charge in my visa account $85.00 when I sign in your multilevel company and not sent me a welcome kit suppose including when a people sign, only sent one bottle of brain abundance in simple envelope nothing more, and in august 23, 2015 I buy a flyers again the company charge $ 35.00 and never received, I sent more than five emails to the customer services or support services and never response my emails. This ultimate order is more than 45 days ago and nothing I dont want nothing in this moment I want to return my money to my visa account, this company is a scam and fraudulent, please investigate this company.Product_Or_Service: FlyersDesired SettlementReturn my money to my visa account.Business Response Hello,Our distributor kits just started shipping to active accounts. I recieved emails and texts from a business called Brain Abundance. They said that I have people signed up under me. They have it under [redacted] and they have my phone number and email address. When I click on the link they have my name with an ID number. I would really appreciate it if you could remove this for me, I would like to have my name revomoved from this sight please. I did not sign up for this. The number I got the text from was [redacted]. The link I clicked on from this text was [redacted]. I have also got emails and contacted [redacted] his email is [email protected] and I told him to please take me off of this sight, and that I did not sign up for this, but when I go on the link it still shows my name. I am hoping you can call these numbers and have my name removed. I have asked to be removed and I left a message on [redacted] office phone and a girl named [redacted] whos numbers and names were both on my recent email and they still did not remove it. This company will not respond to my emails or telephone calls so I can cancel my subscription. I received no communication from them in the form of email invoices or anything after I signed up and then I lost my password so I couldn't log-in and tried to get them to respond to an email to help me find it; forget it...They have no phone number on their site that I could find and when I called the number on my bank statement all I get is an answering machine and just as I guessed no one called me back twice.Product_Or_Service: Brain Fuel Plus subscriptionDesired SettlementI would like a refund of the last shipment they sent me with instructions for how to return the product because they sure as hell won't tell me and to cancel my subscription.Business Response Hello,This person contacted us twice and was responded to twice.
