I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
I have had  asked [redacted] for [redacted] if it was legal for [redacted] to refuse to treat me until this 140.00 bill was paid and they said they would try to call [redacted] to try to get a resolution. [redacted] stated they would not give me an apt until the past bill was paid. They had also stopped treatment on me back in Sep 2014 for an old bill which was paid in full in order to get an appt. I spoke to Dr [redacted] who said if Im in Pain to just come in and he will treat me. The billing dept will not tell me which office he works at on certain days. [redacted] had also stated this to the billing dept who stated they will speak to Dr [redacted] and get back to us. I called the dr.s billing office 4 times and left messages that were unanswered. I finally received a call back and was told once again that I will not get an apt until the bill was paid. No compromise at all was made to me. The patient portal for the dr.s office doesn't even have any of my info on it where it should have all my treatments , dates, times, insurance info. Nothing is updated.  All I want is an apt to treat this pain. I have been getting these injection every 6 weeks or so and haven't had any for over 4 months now.

Patient has past due balance dating back to December 2013. Despite 5 mailed statements, and his promise on 3/19/14 to make a payment on his next day, he has never made a single payment on that balance. On 3/25/14, we left a message on his voicemail, asking that he call in or mail in payment...

ASAP. **. [redacted] was never, at any time called a liar by anyone on our staff. We would never use that terminology w/ any of our patients. We never even implied that he was being untruthful at any time.When **. [redacted] asked if we were refusing him treatment, the answer was absolutely not. He was advised that once he resolved his past due balance, we would be happy to get him booked for the next available appointment.  Where he alleges that he was told to stop getting his insurance carrier involved, this is incorrect. What happened was, he called [redacted] to advise them he was not getting an appointment with us. [redacted] called our office to see if there was an issue w/ his coverage through them; and was told that we could not discuss the patient's account as it related to an issue that had to do with patient's prior coverage.  To be clear, this balance dates back to when patient had [redacted] coverage, not [redacted]. We are unclear as to what the purpose of calling [redacted] was. The patient mentions that he was told "the dr would not be informed after I told them the last person I talked to 6 weeks ago told myself and my ins carrier that they will ask the dr. if he would treat me". We are unclear as to what he means, as again, this has nothing to do with his current insurance carrier, nor with the doctor, as this is a billing matter. We truly regret any inconvenience this has caused the patient; and hope to come to a suitable resolution very soon.
