Our in center account information showed that the refund was accomplished on December 17th.
I called the call center for the Brain Balance Corporation on 1.4.16 and they responded that they had contacted [redacted] on several occasions and that the transaction had occurred on December 17th. The...
call center then looked into the transaction, found an internal issue that did cause the refund to not complete. They promptly ensured the funding of the refund would occur immediately and expressed their apologies for the incomplete transaction.
I, [redacted], called [redacted] today 1.7.16 to ensure the funds were returned, and they have been. Our deepest apologies, it is never our intentions to have her go so long without her refund.
