The business responded by stateing that I may have an outdated browserI don't believe this to be the issue because I have the latest update of internet explorer and also I have been using Google Chrome to try access my websites and tech support and I still could not get any satifactionHowever my websites are up once again as they were once before and then went down againI am not sure if all problems are resolved because Tech support is not responding back and all telephone numbers are disconnectI am still not sure what is going on

They are NOT out of business and may have moved.
I received a few more emails but have not received one in a couple weeks now.
My main website that I host there is http://storesoftheusa.com and I can still get to it and to the admin page so...
though they threatened to close my account, it is evidently not closed.
I do not know what's going on and will try to get you another address.
