Brain Sync

I purchased an mp3 subliminal from Kelly Howell Brain Sync. I downloaded the mp3 for sleep and as soon as I started to listen to it, I knew that it wasn’t good quality. The water waves are very soothing and enjoyable but there is what I can describe as birds in the jungle, at first I thought they were monkeys, screeching and making very loud noises in the background. I tried to drown it out thinking that maybe the distracting sounds were only in the beginning and for a few moments there was peace but the strange screeching, chirping, loud jungle sounds started up again. I really really really wanted to like this mp3 and I had been looking forward to it for weeks. I contacted Brain Sync and explained the situation and asked for a refund. They said too bad, their policy says no refunds so I am out the money that I paid for it. I tried again tonight to listen to it and it is so distracting that it actually causes me to feel agitated so I deleted it off of my phone. Prior to purchasing I would suggest that ask Brain Sync to send you their return policy in it’s entirety so that you can spend endless amounts of time reading it so that you know beforehand that if the quality is bad, there will be NO refunds no matter what.
