company sends pills out to you and then the next month charges you 39.99 for nothing. you cannot get through to the company by phone, or email.
ordered pill from company, next month was charge $39.99 yet nothing was sent to the house and there was no subscription service. attempted to call and email the company and no one is getting back to me.
charged for nothing. Cannot get a return phone call or email from company.
We have tried to contact again as well and no response. We have also filed a dispute for the charge with our bank.
This company advertises that a consumer is making a purchase of a vitamin. Upon making this purchase, what the business does NOT tell you is that they are going to subsequently charge your card $39.99 every month thereafter in perpetuity without sending you anything additional. This is a SCAM!
When calling to inquire what the charge was for, the service agent was unable to clearly explain to me what the charge was for and noted that I would not be receiving any of my monies back that were charged without my permission. How many other American's are being charged without their knowledge'???

Refund I would like a refund back to my account of the monthly fees charged without my consent. I would also like this company to NOTIFY all of the contact in their database that are being charged that they are in fact being charged. I'm certain I am not the ONLY person who has been scammed by placing one order to try a new product.
