Review: I complied with the rules of this company I played their games and went to redeemed three gift cards to purchase. It allowed be to buy The $25 Old Navy Gift Card but not the $25 Walmart gift card or the $25 American Eagle outfitter Gift card.it states Members are limited to purchasing only one (1) item from any group of contests with the same Start Date. Choose wisely!.But they all have different start dates and the Old Navy and Walmart Gift Cards starts in two different months.I feel Forced to let my trial membership roll over into a premium membership, which will then go from being charged $4.95 (for Trial) to $89;because I would have to wait for them to resolve this matter.I would like to be able to get all 3 gift cards I played for in a timely manner.I tried to redeem this while I was under the trial and it's their fault I was not able to receive or redeem my card.I believe this business is fraudulent and tries to scheme people out of $4.95 and $89.I would like this to be looked into speedily.Desired Settlement: I would Like my 3 gift cards I tried to redeem, because clearly 2 of them are completely different starting months.I would like My $25 OldNavy,Walmart and Urban outfitter Gift cards shipped between the 5-7 business days which they have stated on their website.

Review: Cancelled well before trial was over. They said you can cancel by email or phone. I emailed 29.30 into my 3 days 72 hour trial period believing my trial wouldn't be up until I completed my 3 days I didn't hear from them after they sent an acknowledgment I decided to send them a reminder over 5 hours before my time was done. I was leaving on a trip and my wife kept an eye up on a response. None came so she called and they said that it was billed no refunds. She explained that I cancelled it well before I was half way onto the trial they were very rude and refused to do anything. She my wife called her brother who was an attorney and he said that we could file charges against them. She sent them am email to make one last atempt when she mentioned a lawsuit they agreed to return the money but told her there was no possible way that she could get an atorney on the holiday. Where this was solved looking at the emails 5 minutes after I sent the reminder and they sent a email that they recieved my letter they billed my account. In reality it shouldn't have even been billed till 5 and a half later. They're not a trustworthy site they shouldn't offer a 3 day trial because they seem to charge every one a month in addition to the trial fee of 4.99. Others have told me through other pmlone corosponsence that if they got a refund they would be put into collections and there credit score would be affected that's a scare tactic they don't collect as numbers their thiefsDesired Settlement: They should stay an F. And should be considered DANGEROUS

Review: I was tricked into signing up for a trial period of this company. When signing up, I assumed that since the trial period cost me $4.95, that it was a normal 7 day trial period. Three days after signing up, I had a charge on my bank account for $84.90. I attempted to call and have them cancel the subscription, and I was denied. I also asked if there was a way to pay for the ONE day that I have technically had the subscription, and she said NO.So now, I'm out 85$ because of some tricky advertising. All I know, is this is bad business. I would never want another person to fall into their trap.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $84.90.

Review: I did a trial 3 day membership with this company that wasn't any good. They automatically charged my credit card on the 4th day and when I called to cancel the 60day membership that they charged $84.90 for, they said they couldn't do anything about it, only future charges. I them I wasn't using their service or site and that didn't matter to them. I also told the service representative that I would pay the difference for the 1 extra day I failed to cancel membership but she said she couldn't make any adjustments pertaining to that. I noticed that you haven't received any answers back from this company, What needs to be done? I would like a refund from this horrible company. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would very much desire a refund of $84.90 or at the least I would settle for $75.00 Thanks

I'm out $84.90 because of some tricky advertising. All I know, is this is bad business. I would never want another person to fall into their trap. Businesses like this one should have their site shut down. Is there anything Revdex.com can do besides telling us Business failed to respond to the Revdex.com to resolve or address the complaint issues? Can't Revdex.com take any kind of legal action to make this company respond to our problems?Desired Settlement: I would like the $84.90 charge to my account to be refunded as I feel I was not properly informed of the terms. I agreed to pay the $4.95 trial membership fee so I am not requesting a refund for that amount.

Review: I agreed to pay for a $4.95 trial membership, and was tricked into it being a 3 day trial. They then charged my account a $84.90 for a premium membership. I did not agree to this charge and was not notified about it ahead of time. I called them ASAP and tried to get it refunded, but was denied. The only thing they did was cancel my "membership." I called three different times and was denied every time. On the last call I spoke to the supervisor and was told that they were a "nonrefundable service."Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $84.90 refunded to my account. It would be nice to have the $5 overdraft charge refunded also(total=$85.90), but it is not required.

Review: This website advertises a 3-day free trial for their website use. It snared my 11 year old daughter who, without my knowledge, signed my information in for a 3 day trial, including my debit card number. Those 3 days elapsed on 7/7, on 7/10 I saw the $84.90 charge show up on my debit card account. I called the company as soon as it triggered on my account. Customer service offered no consideration to the fact that I did not request this service and stated that "according to their terms and conditions, once an account is charged, it is non-refundable. When I reiterated that this transaction was completed by an 11-year-old, the customer service rep basically scolded me for having my card accessible to my child. The trial period had elapsed 3 days prior to my contacting them. Though they may be "legally" working within the laws, this account was never used and I was never notified of its existance. Do I have any recourse? I cannot afford for this mistake to go unresolved. The service was not used. As soon as I was aware of it, I contacted to company for resolution, and they refused to refund my money. Please help!Desired Settlement: Brainbuys.com will refund my account $84.90 for services not requested by me and not used.

Review: Brain Buys provides a useless service that you get to check out for just a couple dollars. Unless you read the fine print (that's what they called, I'm actually not sure where it was provided) and then you'll find your account suddenly being charged almost $90. It's outrageous. The "trial period" was only days long and the ridiculous fee for their services is astronomical in comparison to any benefit you might possibly be able to wring from their site. I called immediately upon seeing the "pending charge" on my card and while they would happily cancel the service for me, they would not refund the charge they made on my card as they didn't officially HAVE to according to the terms and agreements that were apparently included in the midst of their online free trial signup. Consumers should definitely beware this company as they are obviously simply in it to get your credit card number during that "trial period" they advertise so heavily as being only a couple dollars...before you've even had a chance to look at the site, you'll be distracted by the massive membership fee that tries to go through using your payment information. This company is one of the online sites that gives others a bad name. They are only in it to get your first month's membership fee. There would be little to no reason for anyone to stick around and actually do anything with their membership.Desired Settlement: I would like my "membership fee" refunded in full in the amount of $84.90.

Review: I joined BrainBuys.com on 4/10/2014. It came with a trial period of 3 days for $4.95. After reviewing the site I felt it did not offer me any value so on 4/13/2014 I call to end the service. On 4/15/2014 I was charged $84.90 through my bank account by BrainBuys. I called the company and I was told that I never cancelled the service and I needed to wait or use service for 60 days then try to cancel again. That customer service person hung up on me. I called again and spoke to Melissa and she said that I went over 72 hours of service so that was why I was charged $84.90 and they do not give refunds and there was nothing she could do for me. I informed her again I order the service on 4/10 and cancelled on 4/13 which is 3 days. She stated that I went over 72 hours but she could not tell me when the 72 hour time limit ended. My bank statement shows that I was charged $4.95 on 4/14/2014 and I was charged $84.90 on 4/15/2014.Desired Settlement: Charge back to my bank for $84.90.

Review: I am requesting full refund of auto renewal amount that was charged to my credit card ending in 4834 for $84.90. 04/01/2014 AND 2/4/14. Total refund $84.90 x 2 = $169.80.The auto renewal should never have occurred. I canceled the online program through brainbuys's affiliate mycashfreebies.com. They all seem to be connected because mycashfreebies.com sent me a "credit" for brainbuys.com which I was not familiar with; they all fold in together as soon as you try to get off or cancel one the other comes up as if your information is shared without your permission . I canceled all of these online programs 1/21/14 ONLINE. These are evil, despicable people who take advantage online and copy credit card information fromt their affiliates.Desired Settlement: I am requesting full refund of auto renewal amount that was charged to my credit card ending in 4834 for $84.90. 04/01/2014 AND 2/4/14. Total refund $84.90 x 2 = $169.80.The auto renewal should never have occurred. I canceled the online program through brainbuys's affiliate mycashfreebies.com.
