I purchased practice for *** *** *** *** practice tests After paying for the tests online I logged in start my practice The system gave me three questions After attempting to answer those questions I realized that these questions were for wrong certification exam I contacted Braincert but they kept giving me run around Now they have been ignoring my emails I cannot use their service since I believe their test quality is not reliable Getting practice questions for wrong certifications is discouraging and confusing when I am trying to learn the material plus I have to keep worrying about if I have received proper level of practice
Please refund my test fees
