Tell us why here...we have been in contact with the customer and they will be emailing us information and we are meeting with the customer to go over their issues

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
That's because *** *** was not aware of the complaints to *** *** who was handling our job When a Professional who has done extensive work in the field comes to your home and gives you an estimate for gates and then calls me to say that he made a mistake and he didn't know that width of the gates needed to be that big, that is a strong reason of concern And if I knew that the posts were not all cemented in as his brother *** has stated more than once, I would have removed the post and fence section myself I kept giving them chances, (too Many) to fix things but those final items plus the ongoing complaints and lack of response I had with *** were the final straw in making this complaint It is obvious that they do not communicate with each other And yes it was the summer of and the issues have piled up There is no limit to complaining when work is not done correctly and there is price gouging and no acceptable resolutions from the business Why wait to contact me after the initial contact?? The summer of is almost over but I guess I am not important because I am already a completed and paid job He keeps saying that he is going to contact me after I left messages and sent emails to the main company email address months ago

I thought we had days to respond to thiswe received this on the 4thPlease allow more time to respond to this matter

I find it surprising and shocking to expect this response from the homeowner in this case. The work completed on the property in question was completed in the summer of 2014.  I was unaware of any major issues or complaints made by the homeowner.  In fact, I was contacted by the wife in an emergency situation to assist in removing a gate post and within two hours I had men working on the property in May of 2015.  I met with her a few days later to add to the previous work and she mentioned that there were some issues but requested an estimate for future work.  I gave her a price for extended gates but after speaking with the husband he wanted gates which fell outside the recommendations of our manufacturer and costs significantly more.  Several weeks later the complaint was issued to your website and I contacted the homeowner to schedule a meeting.  The time of the meeting was the date and exact time of the severe storm that devastated much of south western NJ.  Both parties agreed rescheduling would be in our best interest that evening.  I did not hear anything back from them, apparently they had reached out to one of employees who was on leave off and on for much of the summer.  I will meet with the homeowners to discuss these matters with them further. Thanks,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
We have yet to meet and I suggested sending the business an email because...

he cancelled the last meeting date because he was ill and the previous meeting as well which I then cancelled later that day because of pending bad storm.  Until that meeting happens, I cannot accept that response.   I will be sending the email this week.

Dear Revdex.com of New Jersey:We were unaware that [redacted] was trying to contact us. Immediately upon receiving your notification I visited [redacted] home to inspect the premises, the trees were suffering from lack of water due to the current drought. As I initially spoke with [redacted] I was very...

concerned about the frequency and the amount of water the trees would receive. Having spoke to [redacted] since this visit I agreed to remove dead or dying limbs from current trees, to rearrange the fieldstone and he agreed to water the trees more frequently. We hope that the drought should cease shortly and with proper pruning and water the trees will return in good health in the sping of 2016.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Majority of this is absolutely untrue. According to Officer [redacted] of the Stafford Township police and the police report he wrote up, it wasn't an overzealous employee who texted but in fact was [redacted]. Also based off how you responded, why was a new employee allowed access to my personal information and then go forward with bullying and threatening me? Furthermore, why was this employee texting me these threatening and harassing texts after 9 PM at night which is obviously after business hours. I demand an apology.  Regarding the work, the work WAS NOT finished as promised. Despite several appointments after your workers declared this finished, it still wasn't done as described over the phone. Also your workers have a wood plank that still is on our front porch.  What im more worried about is how you handle your accounts. As I mentioned to the officer who took the report, I am working with an attorney to handle this situation further

We have called the customer several times trying to set up an appointment to resolve this issue. The first time we did have to reschedule the schedule time  the customer rescheduled due to bad weather even though we were illing to go oiut and meet with him. So we have contacted the customer since this ocmplaint.

Response to Complaint ID [redacted] Mr.  [redacted] hired Kline Brothers Landscaping to clean up shrubs, and garden beds, prune beds, rake stone weed and remove concrete block install edgestone along the front and side beds and around the trees in the front yard on July 16th 2015.  This work was...

begun on August 7th 2015.  Mr.  [redacted] requested that that missing pieces of edgstone be installed along the front left (from the street view) bed of the driveway where a Hosta plant had been placed and Mr. [redacted] had originally determined to keep but had decided to remove.  Those additional pieces of curbstone were added during the last week of August 2015.   On August 20th Mr. [redacted] stated that additional work needed to be done.  Due to the delays in starting the project Kline Brothers added additional edgstone to Mr. [redacted]’s property.   Mr. [redacted] reported that he was very pleased with the work but had a few details he would like cleared up.  Mr.  [redacted] reported that material was left on his porch, I visted the site but did not recognize that the material was Kline Brothers and after receiving a call from Mr. [redacted] the material was removed.  On September 1st 2015 Kline Brothers called for final payment and left message.  I spoke with Mr.  [redacted] sometime between Sept. 1st and he Sept. 18th and he stated that some of the “stones” were coming up near the garage.  We sent a crew out to level the area near the garage.  I believed he was referring to the rock not the edgstone.  On Oct. 2 Kline Brothers called Mr [redacted] and left a message about final payment.    Mr. [redacted] stated that the stone or in this case the block near the area he wanted to store his trashcans.  I again brought a crew to the property and called Mr. [redacted] and spoke to him and the crew altered the edgestone along that area.  On Novemeber 10th 2015 Kline Brothers called for payment and Mr. [redacted] reported that he would pay once we  fixed the stone near the garage. A crew went out to the [redacted] property and adjusted the edgestone in that area of the property.   I visited Mr. [redacted]’s property approximately four times during the period between Novemeber 10th and December 3rd, at various times of day and on various days.  I did not speak with anyone on any of those occasions.  On December 3rd Kline Brothers called to request a meeting with Mr. [redacted] to review any work that would be required to receive final payment and left messages.  Kline Brothers also mailed out letters to Mr. [redacted] no less than 4 times during this period requesting final payment.    Messages for Mr. [redacted] were also left on Jan. 7 2016, Jan. 9 2016, Jan. 27th 2016.  A bill was mailed to Mr. [redacted]  on Feb. 14th 2016.  Mr.  [redacted] also was called on March 3rd  2016 and mailed again in the first or second week of April.   None of these attempts to contact Mr. [redacted] received any responses.  I stated in June that I did not believe Mr. [redacted] likely did not live on the property, or had a family issue, since he seemed unlikely to have had issues with the quality of our work.  After several conversations I considered our relationship amicable and his overall satisfaction with work to be good.  As evidence, at least several months after working on the property the Kline Brothers sign was still hanging on the lawn.    I believed that he would  have attempted to resolve this issue sooner.  I had not had any contact with him since December of 2015.  In June 2016 one our recent hires,  overzealously and inappropriately,  attempted to confirm that Mr. [redacted] still lived on the property and contacted Mr. [redacted] via text.  Kline Brothers is clearly willing to resolve this project to Mr. [redacted]’s, satisfaction, however we have been unable to contact him for over six months to determine precisely what is needed to be done to rectify the situation to his satisfaction.  [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I gave him the times I am available but he is only available during his times.  He did not call me directly to speak to me and when I called the office back the secretary was rude and said she kept on trying to schedule with me.  I asked to speak to [redacted] but she said he is not available to speak to me.  This has to go to arbitration.  No more rebuttals
Regards,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
They have had substantial amount of time to contact me.  And I believe it is 5 days.  He has not contacted me at all since the first time I submitted the complaint nor made any attempts to do anything.  He is just delaying the process and should not be afforded the extra time which is out of bounds.
Regards,
[redacted]

We would like to meet with Mr. [redacted] to review his issues regarding this property and our office has requested an appropriate time to schedule this meeting.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The first time was an appointment we scheduled. It was cancelled due to hurricane force winds.  We also scheduled a second appointment which was cancelled by Kline Brothers because he was "sick".  Then I sent the email. It has been 2 months since then and no one has called or responded to my email detailing the complaint.   If they are so concerned with their reputation, how is it they did not call to reschedule when he was well or it went any further.  There was no contact presumably because he was upset with the complaint and did not want to address the issues.
Regards,
[redacted]
