I am rejecting this response because:There position is ludicrous Someone can keep it for a week and only use it for afew hours? Is that what really happened here? No, I brought it back at 1:after getting done with a task earlier than I expected They close at 1:on Sundays, which is good, I am glad they allow that time for those that work there However, had I brought it back earlier on a weekday, I would not have been charged the extra amount, they would have adjusted my bill However, now they are essentially saying they have the right to extort more money because it is a Sunday

8:18am on the 30th of October with the intent of dropping the mower after hours which would explain why we sent you lock # The one day charge is $ We also offer a four rate that begins at the time of departure and concludes four hours later when you return The four rate is $plus tax and expired at 12:18pm Since the equipment was dropped after we closed at 1pm we closed out the contract for the agreed rental period of one day The amount of time you have the equipment is the basis for the rental period and not the hours put on the machine The only time the hours come into play is on a day long rental when there is a limitation of hours of run time in a hour period or during an evening rental when time is limited to hoursWe do not offer a daily rental that charges based on the hours used only Such a scenario could have the potential of customers keeping a rider vac for a week but only wanting to pay for the few hours they put on the equipment.Again, thank you for your feedback and we would be happy to discuss further if you have additional questions.Brainerd General Rental

No, I brought it back at 1:30 after getting done with a task earlier than I expected.  They close at 1:00 on Sundays, which is good, I am glad they allow that time for those that work there.  However, had I brought it back earlier on a weekday, I would not have been charged the extra amount, they would have adjusted my bill.  However, now they are essentially saying they have the right to extort more money because it is a Sunday.
